TERMS

1. Eligibility

1. You must be at least 16 years of age to access or use the Platform.
2. By using the Platform, you confirm that:
   • you meet the age requirement;
   • you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
   • the information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
3. EventBeep does not provide parental supervision, parental consent mechanisms, or parental controls. Users are solely responsible for their actions on the Platform.

2. Nature of Services

1. EventBeep provides a technology-enabled platform that facilitates:
   • job and internship discovery;
   • recruitment workflows;
   • career programs, courses, and events;
   • institutional dashboards for colleges and TPOs.
2. EventBeep does not:
   • act as an employer, recruiter, or placement agency;
   • guarantee jobs, internships, placements, salaries, or outcomes;
   • control or verify employer decisions or conduct.
3. All outcomes depend on user effort, employer selection, institutional processes, and market conditions.
4. Where placement assistance is offered, it shall be governed by a separate Placement Assistance Policy, and shall not be construed as a guarantee of employment, interviews, compensation, or timelines.

3. User Categories

Users of the Platform may include:

• Students / Candidates
• Employers / Recruiters
• Mentors / Instructors
• Colleges / Institutions / TPOs
• General visitors

Additional platform-specific policies may apply based on the Services used.

4. Account Registration & Security

1. Certain features require account registration.
2. You are responsible for:
   • safeguarding your login credentials;
   • all activities carried out through your account.
3. You must not:
   • share accounts;
   • create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
   • use bots, scripts, or automated tools.
4. EventBeep may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if misuse, fraud, or policy violations are detected.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• violate any applicable law or regulation;
• submit false, misleading, or outdated information;
• impersonate any person or entity;
• post fake or misleading job listings or offers;
• harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against others;
• upload malware, viruses, or harmful code;
• scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer platform data;
• solicit money or services unrelated to the Platform.

EventBeep reserves the right to remove content and restrict access at its discretion.

6. Jobs, Internships & Hiring Disclaimer

1. EventBeep does not guarantee:
   • interview calls;
   • job or internship offers;
   • compensation levels or timelines.
2. Employers are solely responsible for:
   • accuracy of listings;
   • hiring decisions;
   • compliance with labour and employment laws.
3. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging with employers.

7. Programs, Courses & Events (Beep Learn)

1. Enrolment in any program does not guarantee placement, employment, or salary outcomes.
2. Course content, schedules, mentors, and structure may change for operational reasons.
3. Mentors may be employees, contractors, or independent professionals.

8. AI, Recommendations & Automation

1. EventBeep may use automated tools or algorithms to provide recommendations (jobs, programs, candidates).
2. Such recommendations are indicative only and not guarantees any professional advice.
3. Users must independently evaluate all opportunities.

9. Payments & Subscriptions

All paid services are governed by the Payments, Billing & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Payments may be processed through third-party gateways.

10. User Content

1. Users retain ownership of content they upload.
2. By submitting content, you grant EventBeep a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for platform operations.
3. EventBeep may remove content that violates policies or poses legal or operational risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, software, branding, databases, and materials are owned by EventBeep or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services. EventBeep is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or actions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, reliability, or availability.

14. Limitation of Liability

• EventBeep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the greater of INR 10,000 or the amount paid by the user in the preceding two months.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventBeep from claims arising from: misuse of the Platform; violation of these Terms or applicable law; infringement of third-party rights.

16. Termination

EventBeep may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for policy violations or legal requirements. Certain obligations survive termination.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Updates to Terms

EventBeep may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
