• Institution / TPO details

• Payment details are processed by third-party payment gateways.
• EventBeep does not store full card or banking information.
• We may retain transaction identifiers, plan details, and payment status for records, compliance, and dispute handling.

When you access the Platform, we may automatically collect:

• App usage data, clicks, interactions, logs

   • when a candidate applies to a job; and/or
   • when a candidate enables profile visibility or discoverability.

2. Employers are permitted to use candidate data only for recruitment purposes.

   • fraud and misuse detection

2. AI-based outputs are indicative only and do not guarantee outcomes.

3. Users remain responsible for independently evaluating opportunities and decisions.

   • transactional communications (OTP, confirmations, policy updates);
   • marketing communications (programs, events, opportunities).

2. Users may opt out of marketing communications at any time via:

   • in-app settings;
   • unsubscribe links;
   • contacting support.

3. Transactional messages are essential and cannot be opted out of.

4. I hereby authorize and give consent to EventBeep Technoservices Pvt. Ltd. to send me, either through itself or through any third party service provider, from time to time various information via alerts SMS or other messages or calls or commercial communication, and other services on the aforesaid listed telephone numbers, whether these numbers are registered with National Do Not Call Registry / listed in National Customer Preference Register or not. I also confirm that by sending any of such messages and calls, I will not hold Eventbeep, its third party service provider liable or institute complaint under the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference (TRAI) Regulations, 2010 or such other applicable regulations including any amendment thereof, as may be applicable from time to time.
